How
do I place an order?
International Collection body jewelry offers many different methods of placing
an order. We know that different customers have different needs and that's why
we have made our order process an easy one. Take a look below and see which option
fits you best.
Option1:
You may place your order online. Simply browse
through our selection of body jewelry and click on the "Add To Cart" button
to add each item to your shopping cart. Once you are done selecting
your items Click on the "Shopping Cart" button.
there you will be able to review your order. Once your order is complete
you may proceed to "Check Out" which will take you to the payment center.
There you will be asked for some personal information, your preferred shipping
method and your payment type. We accept VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER,
AMERICAN EXPRESS & PAYPAL.
After you have confirmed your order, shipping method and your payment
method, you will be prompted to a THANK YOU screen. This means your order
has been completed and will be shipped out at the time stated on the
shipping method.
Option 2:
You may fax in your order. After browsing our site and making your selections,
simply print out our ORDER FORM, complete
the required information, and fax it to 954-968-7896. We will immediately
process and ship your order in the time stated in the shipping method. Remember
to complete all required sections in order to assure a quick process of your
order.

Option 3:
You may call in your order. After browsing
over our site and making your selections you may call our toll free
number 1-800-522-7722 and one of our customer service representatives
will be happy to take your order. Remember, if you have any questions
or have experienced any difficulties please feel free to give us a
call.
What kind of payment methods do you offer?
Review our list below for a payment method that fits your needs.
Option 1:
Credit Card payments. You may make your credit card payment online when placing
your online order or you may give us your credit card information over the
phone and we will process your payment for you. We accept VISA,
MASTER CARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN
EXPRESS.
Option 2:
You may make a PayPal Payment. You may easily make a payment using your PayPal
account. If you are experiencing difficulties doing so feel free to give
us a call.
Option
3:
Bank transfer: Western Union or Money Gram.
For those with NO credit card, we also accept C.O.D, money order and
cashiers check as a payment method.
We use UPS for all our domestic packages.

ship world wide, we accept credit cards payment and paypal to all
international orders up to $999.00.
We require
a wire transfer for all orders above $999.00 for wire transfer info

RETURNS:
Notification
must be made within 48 hr. of order receipt via email at returns@bodyjewelry4sale.com or
by phone at 954-984-0099. Please provide your ORDER
NUMBER and the ITEM NUMBER of the jewelry
piece in question when contacting us to obtain and RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization).
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without prior authorization
or after the 48 hr. period.
International Collection
will not accept any merchandise used or damaged by the customer. All
returns must be approved by our Customer service department. Please
return merchandise by UPS only. NO
REFUNDS, merchandise is credited to the account or even exchange only.
